Jennifer Hole, DDS – General Dentist

Dr. Jennifer Hole is a San Antonio native, born and raised in the Alamo Heights area. She attended the honors program at the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she double majored in biology and chemistry. Upon being awarded the Bush-Jones Sprenger Scholarship for Leadership and Academic Excellence, she attended the Baylor College of Dentistry, where she graduated with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2012. During her time at Baylor, Dr. Hole was involved in many leadership positions, including student council class representative, philanthropy chair, student consultant for Admissions Committee, and mentor for the summer pre-enrichment program for prospective students. She is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and enjoys volunteering at community events.

Dr. Hole lives in the neighborhood where she grew up with her husband, Dr. Steven Hole, who is a Captain in the United States Army. They have two children together, a daughter, Riley, who is two years old and a son, Everett, who turned one this past May. While life with two kids can get busy, in her free time she enjoys cooking, crafting, and running!

Gladys Carrasco, DDS – Pediatric Dentist

Dr. Gladys Carrasco was born and raised in Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico where she completed her Doctoral of Dental Surgery degree from Universidad Autonoma de Sinaloa in 2011. The Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine opened the doors for her and she worked as a Clinical Instructor for 7 years in the School-Based Programs. She provided preventative and restorative dental services to children in elementary schools in Chelsea, MA. Through this role, Dr. Carrasco realized how much she enjoyed working with children as well as making an impact in the community, and in 2018 she joined a Pediatric Dentistry Residency program at Boston University GSDM and graduated in 2020. For the past three years she has been working as a full-time faculty and as a pediatric dentist for Northern Counties Healthcare, Inc in Orleans, Vermont.

She understands every child has a different comfort level in the dental environment and will adapt to every patient with the desire to provide a safe, nurturing, comfortable, friendly, and fun place for children to learn about caring for their teeth, keeping a healthy mouth, and taking pride on their smile.

Dr. Carrasco came to San Antonio for the first time early this year to a conference and fell in love with its people, its culture, and its cuisine. Outside of the office, Dr. Carrasco spends her weekends exploring San Antonio and the surrounding areas with her family.

Victoria Walling, DDS – General Dentist – Limited to the Practice of Children

Dr. Victoria Walling was raised a Texan in Tomball, TX along with her 4 siblings. Growing up her interests mainly consisted of sports (swimming, water polo, and gymnastics) and on weekends going to the beach, fishing, and doing anything outdoors.

After high school, she went on to graduate from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi with a degree in biochemistry. She then was accepted into the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston where she completed her doctorate.

Dr. Walling knew at the age of 4 that being a dentist was her dream and has worked in dental offices since she was 13 years old- that experience along with her formal education has helped shape the kind of doctor she is today. One of the many reasons she fell in love with dentistry is because she can watch her patients grow and maintain her patient’s oral health throughout their whole life. However, as she became a mother and started treating more pediatric patients- she fell in love with this aspect of dentistry. As a mother of three herself, she knows how important it is to have pediatric patients comfortable and is very passionate about giving her patients the most pleasant experience no matter their age. She is a conservative dentist who loves to educate her patients so that we can work together to focus on not just oral health but overall health.

Dr. Walling looks forward to enriching the lives and smiles of all who walk through our door.

Cristiana (Kika) Araujo, DDS, MS

Dr. Araujo (or Dr. Kika – it’s easier!) received her dental degree in 2005 from the Catholic University of Minas Gerais, her home state in Brazil, where she grew up, and received her Certificate and Masters degree in Orthodontics from the Center for Advanced Dental Education at Saint Louis University, Missouri. After working at her family’s orthodontic practice, she joined the faculty at Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics in Florida in 2011, but has been calling Texas home since 2018. She is board-certified and belongs to numerous national and international dental and orthodontic associations. Dr. Kika loves a good story, a good joke and a good laugh: she has a firm belief that orthodontists should strive to be the beautiful smiles they help create, because otherwise, it is just straightening teeth!
